Diane Sulzinski, Chief Ultrasound Technician:
Diane is a registered technician (RDMS) and has passed all the required examinations in order to meet the standards of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM). Diane began working with Dr. Kofinas in 1995 and has since been involved in several research projects under his supervision. Over the years, she has been exposed to thousands of patients with all kinds of abnormal, high-risk conditions, making her experience unique among her peers. She is highly skilled in all ultrasound procedures and the quality of her work meets the high standards of KOFINAS PERINATAL. Diane is a very valuable member of our team and a leader that helps our ultrasound technicians perform quality ultrasounds (sonograms) with a personal and caring touch.
Diane Miliokas, Office Coordinator/Billing supervisor:

Diane is our office coordinator and the supervisor of our billing department. She oversees the day-to-day financial operations at KOFINAS PERINATAL. Diane is the person to talk to when there is a question regarding coverage of our services by your insurance or for any discrepancy regarding your covered services. Diane is instructed to make every effort to help you overcome any insurance difficulties so that you may become a patient at KOFINAS PERINATAL. She is always available during regular office hours and ready to answer all your billing/financial questions.
Christine Rodriguez, Senior Medical Assistant:

Christine Rodriguez has been with KOFINAS PERINATAL since its inception. She has evolved into a superb Medical Assistant under Dr. Kofinas’ supervision and training and assists him with procedures such as AmniocentesisAmniocentesis:
A procedure in which a sample of amniotic fluid is drawn out of the uterus through a needle inserted in the abdomen, used to detect genetic abnormalities or the baby's sex. , CVS (chorionic villous sampling), fetal blood sampling, and other fetal therapeutic procedures. She is responsible for patient education regarding DiabetesDiabetes:
A medical condition where the body is unable to metabolize glucose and as a result experiences a rise in blood sugar levels. monitoring, the use of injectable medications, proper execution of all KOFINAS PERINATAL protocols, etc. Christine is also involved with most of the non-pregnant patients who have experienced pregnancy loss before and are now under our care. She co-ordinates the preparation for new pregnancies according to our protocol for the management of patients with recurrent pregnancy loss. Christine has an excellent understanding of the issues that concern most of our patients and she acts as a liaison between patients and Dr. Kofinas. She is a caring individual and is always available during office hours to answer any questions and concerns regarding your treatment at KOFINAS PERINATAL.
