Dear Dr. Kofinas, Dr. Nguyen, Christine, Christina, Diane, Zoe, Effie and anyone else I forgot,

                   I have sat down countless times to write this thank you but can never seem to find the right words to express the amount of gratitude my husband and I have for all you.  We came to you at 7 weeks pregnant after my hematologist said I did not need to go on Lovenox.  My gut said to get a second opinion and I am so glad we did.  When we came to your office we were scared out of our minds to lose our baby but Dr. Kofinas assured me that he was going to do everything he could to help us bring home a healthy full term baby.  Over the course of my pregnancy I called numerous times with issues and questions.  I was always treated with the greatest amount of care by the office staff (especially when I called hysterically crying at 12 weeks thank you so much Effie for calming me down) and Dr. Kofinas or Dr. Nguyen always got on the phone to help me.  I am sure you have heard it a million times, but I have never had such a wonderful experience with a doctor and staff as I have had with all of you.  As I sit here staring at my beautiful 4 month old son I cannot imagine our life without him.  I hope all of you go home each day knowing that Gavin is with us filling out lives with joy in part because of you and the work you are committed to.  We would love to stop by and show you our little angel soon.  Thank you again for everything you have done for us.  We love you!
