POOR OUTCOMES IN PATIENTS WITH LOW PAPP-A IN THE FIRST TRIMESTER
Low PAPP-A in the first trimester in chromosomaly normal fetuses is a risk factor for poor pregnancy outcomes including preterm birth, pregnancy loss, late fetal demise, severe fetal growth retardation and neonatal death.
